Although ‘just a nine hole par 3 course’ this is a really fun and interesting course. It’s actually a mini mature golf course, with water hazards, bunkers and everything else you expect to find on a proper golf course. Often par 3 courses are a bit dull and pretty straightforward, but Akkermans Golf isn’t. Really impressed and good maintenance. Only negative point is that a few players do not repair their pitchmarks. I was here first - at around 8.00 o’clock - and I repaired at least 5 per green. Greens, very important on a par 3 course - were in perfect condition. If you want to practise or are a beginner, this course is worth a visit. As I started early, no one was there. But, there is a courtesy box which is really cool. I only saw that in the UK. Played 18 holes and played par here. In summer with leafs on the trees, the course might be more difficult. There is a combined green (hole 1) which might give some difficulty with a lot of players (as you need to wait).
Nice driving range.
